A specially developed and patented multi-purpose system which combines an aerator-separator (to oxygenate and degas) with a mixed-bed filter which corrects pH, removes turbidity and many metals such as iron and manganese. Can also be used for the removal of Hydrogen sulphide. Back wash occurs on a selected day at 3am. Unlike other systems, the Triplex has the same service flow as backwash reducing the need for higher output backwash pumps.
